President Obama joined Jeppson at the unveiling ceremony, saying, "This is a proud day for America. It is long overdue that the great women that have have helped to make this country great throughout our history will finally be recognized on our currency. Ms. Jenner is an excellent choice, as not only does she represent all these great women but also represents the contributions of our wonderful LGBT community."
Jenner will replace Alexander Hamilton, generally considered to be the father of our modern banking system, and one of the principal architects of our country's Constitution. There has been much public outcry as to why they wouldn't replace anti-banking scoundrel Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill. Jackson is known for his campaigns to slaughter and displace native Americans and is generally considered to be the father of bigotry in our country. Mr. Jeppson explained, "Generally women make significantly less than men, so it was decided the $10 bill would be more representative of the money women use. In truth, we looked at the one and the five, but heck, that's Washington and Lincoln."
